***NEW CLASSES ADDED***  Sunday Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes! Now is the time to sign up and save on our new expanded schedule with our Early Bird Specials!!

- We will have 2 new Children's BJJ classes for our 4-7 year olds on Monday and Wednesday from 5-6pm followed by our 8-13 year olds at 6-7pm. Tuesday and Saturdays Children's BJJ classes will continue to be of mixed ages. 

-Only active students will be permitted to attend "Open Mat" or "Stand Up Sparring". Visitors will not be allowed to attend these classes!!!
